The crafting process begins with Sylvie’s award-winning design sketches. From the beginning, our design team goes through the first of many quality checks, ensuring each detail is correct before the drawing is transformed into a Computer Assisted Design, or CAD, image.

Using the initial drawing, the CAD process creates a digital rendering of your ring, tailored to your unique finger dimensions. Once the CAD is complete, the details are further inspected for quality and consistency before crafting a physical wax model.

Here, the CAD model is brought to life through 3-D printing technology, creating an identical wax sculpture of your design complete with all suggested modifications to see and feel everything that went into the design: the milgrain, filigree and setting. At this stage, Sylvie herself tries on and inspects each ring individually to ensure the ring is built to your exact specifications.
