About Boelter’s Jewelers
Boelter’s Jewelers began its journey more than 90 years ago as JA Boelter’s Jewelers, established in a modest store across from Washington Park in Manitowoc. Over the years, the Boelter family nurtured the store into a beloved community fixture, eventually passing it onto Richard Francois in 1988. This transition continued the store’s legacy, leading to an expansion to the current location at 2101 Washington Street. With each evolution, Boelter’s has upheld its founding desire to serve Manitowoc’s residents with exceptional jewelry choices and services, rightfully earning the title “Manitowoc’s Busiest Jewelry Store.”
Central to Boelter’s mission is demystifying the jewelry-buying experience. Boelter’s transcends the typical intimidation and expense associated with jewelry shopping, transforming it into an enjoyable and heartwarming journey. The store prides itself on a diverse selection of high-quality products, including fine jewelry, Seiko watches and clocks, charming ID bracelets, and more, catering to various tastes and budgets. This approach has not only garnered repeated recognition as the “Best Jewelry Store in Manitowoc County” but has also ingrained Boelter’s as a beloved part of the community fabric.
In 2015, Kathy and Tom Muench took over Boelter’s Jewelers, reigniting its status as a locally-owned establishment and fulfilling Kathy’s lifelong dream. Under their stewardship, Boelter’s continues its tradition of offering an outstanding selection of jewelry and exceptional customer service. The store’s team is committed to a stress-free shopping environment, assisting customers in finding the perfect piece for every occasion, from engagement rings to timeless gifts. Additionally, Boelter’s skilled artisans provide expert jewelry and watch repair services, ensuring that each piece, whether a new acquisition or a cherished heirloom, receives the care it deserves. At Boelter’s Jewelers, every visit is more than a transaction; it’s a step into a tradition of excellence and a welcoming community.
