About the Role

 

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Operations Manager to join our team at our Plano, TX headquarters. This role supports the day-to-day duties of our Merchandise Operations team — from inventory management, customer service, data analysis, and more. The ideal candidate is organized, solutions-oriented, and looking to grow within a fast-paced, hands-on environment. You’ll work cross-functionally with Customer Service, Production, and Sales to help us maintain and improve a positive experience for our retail partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Order Fulfillment & Logistics Coordination: Manage the full order lifecycle, including validating order details, allocating inventory, communicating with production teams, shipping carriers, and ensuring accurate invoicing and on-time fulfillment.
  • Inventory Support: Assist in inventory tracking and reconciliation, including tagging, cycle counts, and helping keep SKUs up to date in our systems.
  • Customer Experience: Support our Design Concierge team with customer service inquiries via phone and email by resolving order issues, tracking shipments, and keeping partners informed.
  • Shipping & Receiving: Help prepare outgoing shipments and receive new inventory or returns as needed.
  • Purchasing: Review vendor invoices for accuracy, flag discrepancies, and enter approved purchases to ensure accurate and timely delivery to customers.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with Production, Sales, and Design Concierge teams to ensure smooth order flow and resolve issues as they arise.
Qualifications & Skills
  • 1-3 years in operations, supply chain, or inventory management, ideally for physical products (e.g., consumer goods, manufacturing, or wholesale distribution).
  • Detail oriented and ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment with several moving parts.
  • Technical expertise in: (1) Microsoft Excel: basic formulas, pivot tables, data analysis. (2) ERP Systems: Ability to learn and utilize ERP systems efficiently.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data, resolve discrepancies, and assist in process improvements.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with teams, leadership, and customers with a proactive, service-oriented approach.
